Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo or video evidence
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.
If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and included materials must be returned
- Proof of purchase is required
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be rejected.
All returns require prior written authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Process
To request a return, email support@tripwell.uk with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must follow the Returns procedure.
Return to Sender / Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or returned to sender:
- Refunds will be processed only after inspection
- Items must be in original unused condition
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
